What a great fall:
Action - Vanquish
Adventure - Enslaved
HAck n slash - Castlevania
All multiplatform, all great games in their own way. Gentlemen welcome to the fall of 2010!
I haven't commented in any halo thread or article as I have been too busy playing it. But I had to say this halo experience is the most FUN I ve had. I m not a big multiplayer fan. The kiddies normally kill it for me. But I m having great fun with a few cold ones and a couple mates. Ranking up and saving for that death animation.
As a non multiplayer gamer this has dragged me right in. Respect to bungie as their grand exit truly is their opus Magnus!
All aboard.. the REACH train!!!
I m savouring the buildup like a fine wine.... sipping these reviews and loving it!!1 This is what gaming is all about...

If you could setup a collection. We as a gaming community lost a true shining example of a 'hero'. I belive this would give us a chance to give something back and, regardless of profession this was a man who understood family, to be a Husband and to be a Father and embodied all in his sacrafice.
Rest in peace and may your tragic events remind and inspire others to remember there are moments that transcend our own selfish needs and desires.
Blessed!
...disturbance in the Force, as if millions of voices suddenly cried out in terror, and were suddenly silenced!"
Nice article. I'v been on here for over 3 years and rarely make comments or get invovled in the fanboy wars. To be honest it's one of the few sites that work at my office.
There was a time when being a gamer meant you were part of a sub-culture and now we have become main stream we decide to squabble and turn on ourselves. Gamers pledge themselves to corporations. Rant and rave and personaly attack fellow gamers on behalf of mega-corporations. What happened to ta...
So good this game got release it deserved. I ve had U.S copy for while but got uk version for art book.
Only game I own two copies off. Felt fresh playing again and I m gonna be on call to help a few mates along the way.
Time to go and leave sage like messages across Boleteria.
F***ing love this game.
I was gonna pass on this game, i had a lot to clear in my game catalogue. After a recommendation from a good friend, i picked it up. And i m loving it... from the minute old classic SEGA chime hit the screen i knew somin special was on the cards.
The graphics aren't amazing but they do the job, and the voice acting isn't the worse i ve heard. what i love is the story interaction, the way the story unfolds according to how I play. The relationships i build, who i...
I havent posted on here for ages but, after seeing some of the negativity towards this game I just had to say....
It has it flaws but it has some great innovations too. The co-op aspect is awesome and I find that the people who are playing it not only talk (use their mics) but engage in friendly banter because its not all about k/D ratios.
Boxes are shared and not fought over, the boss battles are epic and truly require teamwork and the sheer scale can ...
I really like the idea of a guide by fans... but I gotta admit playing this first time with a strategy guide would feel kinda wrong.
Demon Soul's power was making you feel completely alone in a world full of other players. The fear, the not knowing. The agonizing choices, and the occasional wiki lookup :)
Wonder if playing it with a guide would deter from that feeling....
Demon Souls slaps you in the face, laughs and stomps you when you hit the ground.....
Yep this has been removed from uk app store at the moment this could be related to the fact this version currently only works on iPhone and has issues on other sets. Shame wanted a nice shootem for the touch.
Anyone know when this will available on uk app store. Thanks
"Have you seen band of brothers?!? i suggest you rent it sometime.."
Look its simple we get a MAG/n4g battalion together online, we meet on the battlefield and the winner's opinion is right. :)
"...Meeedddiiicccc!" ;
MAG is actually a lot of fun but it's so different from game to game. I m still looking for a clan/group to join, i m not the sharpest of shooters, but i will crawl on my belly through broken glass, heavy fire and toxic smoke to heal you. And its great use of my astro a40's :)
I ve had some great matches, where people talk, communicate and support you...and some lame games where its a free for all.
MAG is good enough that after a few hours of inter stellar recr...
"But I have lived, and I have not lived in vain;
My mind may lose its force, my blood its fire:
And my frame perish even in conquering pain;
but there is that within me which shall tire
Torture and Time, and breathe when i expire..." -Lord Byron
This was a system seller to me, there was something about this game.
I ended up getting a PS3, importing a copy and I haven't looked back since. I keep taking breaks.. "but just when I thought I was out..they pull me back in."
To all my fellow Demon slayers... Happy Hunting!!!
This game is monumental ( sometime when I flashback I feel like iwas actually there - seeking professional help as we speak)
I think they add a dimension to a game, and a lot of us take them for granted. If you play a game that doesnt have any acievments or trophies it feels a little ...'flat'....
I reckon they are a great way of mapping your progress through a game.. just like anything dont get obssessed with them :)
time to go earn my GoW trophies... i mean go play an amzing game :)
If you in uk use www.gamesbasement.co.uk ... they have GoW collectors in stock I ordered mine monday and got it tuesday :)
And yeah the GoW looks amazing on Ps3 .. the animations and framerate is spot on.. unlike a certain game that is highly enjoyable but has a hell of a lot of screen tearing *no names mentioned*
Theres always been a stigma attatched to video games, its got a lot better recently. and in numbers we find santuary.
I m proud of being a gamer, but i m also aware of how my peers jusge this activity (I just turned 30). Luckily I know it's out of ignorance. While they are watching Eastenders, or their favourite soap. I'm on an inderactive adventure that broadens my horizons, develops my lateral and logic thinking while improving hand eye co ordination. And als...
