I dont find it strange. The reaction, that's it. The day the gamer community is happy with an announcement, game, opinion or whatever, it'll be the end of the world.
I'll follow your game. You know what's next gen? PC. And by definition, the highest-ranked games from all time are on PC. Because moar power make better games.

I dont remember Destiny being an exclusive game. It' a secret project teased a few days ago, and showed today.
The "exclusive" part is everyone assuming that every game made by Bungie is exclusive to MS.
I know there are a lot of hardcore gamers and that stuff, but as long as there're friends and Just Dance, I dont mind Sony supporting move.

All big studios from Sony are working in their last shots for the PS3. GTA5, The Last of US, GOW: Ascension, Beyond... not to be pessimist, but I dont think the PS4 will launch with a line of AAA games, at least not many. Maybe Battlefield 4, but we'll have to wait 5-6 months to get really heavy hitters on the console.
It happens with every console.

Why are people so surprised? Do we all have amnesia? The PS3 didnt have all their options avaliable at launch, it didnt even had the PS Store, the background downloading, netflix, the dualshock controller, the price was $600, the only good game was resistance... the only difference is that we didnt have N4G (or it wasn't as big as is now) to troll about it.
And it's impossible for a powerful PC to match the price of any console. Not to mention my PC has the faboulous Office Suite! Wooooo!
