It's obviously going to be MGS5 where you control Akiba. They will change the stress meter into an IBS meter and if it gets too high then you will crap yourself. You can lower the meter by crapping in different areas and the smell will attract certain guards to the area allowing you to sneak by or set up an ambush.

I noticed that version has some bad screen tearing and it's probably because of that so the game thinks you're falling to your death or something.
They don't put GT5 on the list yet they put Donkey Kong Country Returns on the list. GT5 comes out 3 days after Donkey Kong Country Returns.
