Weighty controls = awesome. DO NOT CHANGE THEM
Input Lag = a bit of a problem. GET RID OF IT
Regardless of any input lag KZ2 had, it is still the best FPS I've ever played. Especially if you turn off all HUD.
add mgs4 in there somewhere too. Probably before UC1
I noticed about 2 jaggies ever on Gow III. And to see them, I had to sit about 10 cm away from my 46 inch full HD tv
ever since metal gear solid 1
SOCOM 1, Uncharted 2, MGS4 and even MW2 had awesome snow levels
Killzone in the snow = awesome
Longer single player, no loading screens, more solid framerate, levels TEN TIMES the size and better story. I will play this for ages.
I played the single player of KZ2 about 10 times, and spent endless hours in the multiplayer. I do agree it is the best FPS ever.
SSX Tricky
Uncharted (both)
Killzone 2
CoD 4
Ratchet and clank (about 4 of them)
Star Wars Battlefront II
Demons Souls
MGS (all 4)
inFamous
Fallout 3
Mass Effect (both)
Age of empires 2
Age of Mythology
lots and lots of others
I think the longest addiction was Uncharted 1. I played that for 2 years striaght without losing the slightest bit of interest. It is still my favour...
I liked Uncharted 1 more, it's actually my favourite game
But Uncharted 2 is definitely my second favourite game
I think their best game is A Crack in Time, but I really want to see what they make next.
Also Resistance 3 should be awesome
Sounds like the first Killzone.
This = awesome
It was a pretty funny typo
But I enjoyed the demo a lot more than any of the mario kart games. So even if it isn't an original idea, it is an awesome game that I will definitely buy.
"Guerilla is working on a standard two-player, co-op - as you'd expect - but there's also an objective-based separate four-player co-op mode in the works, too," said our source.
That will make it a good 2 years since KZ2
"Sony has a higher quality library of exclusives and that its steep investment in first party development is a primary factor in that, remain intact."
Trolls in this thread. Don't feed them.
Sure people want mario, metroid and zelda; but this generation with the Wii nintendo have dissappointed me a bit.
Each game just seems like a remake of a gamecube or n64 title, they seriously need some more god games.
I haven't played my wii in a long time because of the lack of good games.
The weighty feeling of the movement, aiming and shooting is what makes Killzone 2 my favourite shooter.
CoD players can have enjoy their noob style simplisticnarcade game if they want, but i find it lacks immersion.
The driving is WAY better, ganeplay is much more fast paced, and there is more emphasis on skill than on powerups.
I love the customisation too... Making a driver, a kart, and even a track was really easy and fun. The best thing is the auto population for custom tracks, it makes any track look professional and awesome.
I thought it was a huge change from R:FOM
Every Mario Kart and Pokemon game fail to change much at all.
E3 should be epic.
