These indie studios dont have the budgets to release on multiple platforms, so they either delay their game costing them money, find a publisher which will cost them money or release first on Xbone because of this BS clause.

No there is far more demand for the PS4 i can walk into a store in Germany and pick one up same cant be said about the PS4. Just face reality that the demand for a PS4 is far higher.

This entire policy was under NDA for a long time the retro city rampage dev had hinted towards it when he went to the xbox id conference/meeting and Shahid(1 of sonys indie guys) found out a while back and went to twitter to vent and nobody knew what it was about but im 90% sure it was this clause.
