Probably but you dont win a console race by launching only in a few countries, plus the demand for it is real without a need for price cuts or bundles.

They probably dont like Microsofts bullshit parity clause. Sony allows more freedom and does better advertising for indie games, thanks to the Playstation blog and Playstation youtube channel. Thats why a lot of them choose PSN over XBLA.

It was more of a demo of how easy it is to port Xbone games to PC with DX12.
A lot of people complained about it here, on GAF and other game forums. Its good they listened and it will probably increase battery life by a decent amount.

They announce atleast 5 games a week at this point if not more.
Also the deal with game maker studios is pretty big and good news for indie devs and will bring even more indie games to PSN.
