Because there are people that truly love games.

Then there are a bunch of "you" that play what is perceived as "cool" and "good"

What does FF13, Versus and Nomura have to do with Yoshida?

Pretending FF14 community isn't toxic is delusional

It's not that hard to understand a simple analogy.

You call reviewers messengers. Messenger delivers a message exactly how it's written.

Reviewers are biased as fuck and write reviews solely on hunch, bribes or on however they feel that day rather than objective truths about how well the game is made and what the end product entails. Reviewers themselves are often completely uneducated in the areas they're reviewing resulting in completely ina...

More like

Developer sends a message
Reviewer doesn't like that message so he tries to convince you that it's not what the developer said.

That's not a messenger..

@generic-user-name

"You're way off here. All reviews are opinion, you list stuff like graphics and audio as things that can be measured objectively, but even photorealistic games can look bad if you don't like the art design, a subjective opinion."

So that is false. You might not like the art style but if you're a reviewer worth a damn you have to acknowledge that a certain art style looks good.

This is great news for all the Xbox users.

@thesoftware730 Are you really basing the "better performance" on goddamn TFLOPS? I believe it's time for you to do some reading up on GPU's and how they function.

Cheers

It's like American brute force vs Japanese technique.

Exactly. It's a tech showcase.

The graphics will be so close that you won't ever be able to tell the difference with any objective argumentation.

So yeah, in the case where both consoles output 99.99% equal image, sound, load times and other features become more important.

I would never argue for Xbox exclusives considering 99% of them are on PC and 70% of those 99% are absolute dogshit.

2169d ago 2 agree4 disagreeView comment

Ori is literally on PC though, so the Xbox doesn't even have the "exclusives".

2169d ago 2 agree2 disagreeView comment

There literally hasn't been a single top Xbox game that has looked better than the top PS game in any generation ever.

Also, if your power comparison stops at Teraflops, is the equivalent of "I weigh more so I am better than you at everything".

Well, we definitely have something to talk about.

Go preorder your glorified door stopper, drool over it's specs a bit and then realise you spent 399$ on a console that has no games while we discuss the next line of absolute masterpieces Sony's first party studios will release.

You're gonna have a great coffee table with that XBox.

Multiplatform games will be completely equal as always and since Xbox's exclusives are a hot pile of garbage, it won't be good for that either.

The only real option is PS5

So in conclusion - these guys have no fucking clue about games.

They should probably stick to reviewing 2 star iPhone garbageware.
