You can dis the people you call "loosers" all you want, but I hardly get to play any video games. My wife promised me I could do whatever I wanted on my 35th birthday (Friday) and I wanted to play a session of some G'd Black Ops.
You know what I got to spend my 35th birthday doing? Hanging out at the mall during a tornado warning while my oldest daughter was shopping for a new dress for next week's school dance.

The TOS is not some new thing. Every single person that's ever signed into PSN has agreed to these terms. These specific parts of the TOS probably haven't changed since the PS3 launch days.

This could have been a very good MAG player. It's a very steep learning curve to use. I've played MAG with Move several times, and I've seen the other game play videos (plural) from the MAG forums and this guy already doubled the kills I've experienced/seen.
It may be nice, but it's going to be so steep a learning curve, I doubt anyone will stick to it for too long. Especially if that damn overpowered knife isn't fixed.
