My comment wasn't trolling. I bought VC over Resistance 2 when it came out.
The point I was trying to make is that not enough PS3 owners supported the game to warrent a sequel on the system. Instead Sega ran to the PSP for the sequels because it's cheaper to develop for.
That's what happens when PS3 owners fail to support quality games like this one.

I'm playing the game and I enjoy it. The graphics aren't on the same level as Uncharted but they are an improvement over the first game. There's a lot more detail on the monsters and the mechs, plus the lighting is much better.
I haven't played online yet but the story mode features over 40 hours of playtime. The boss fights are more challenging but it's a shame L5 recycled so many enemies and areas.
WKC II isn't as bad as the media is...

Just like there was no Heavenly Sword sequel and no Kung Fu Chaos 2. Hopefully there will no sequel to DmC either.
Not sure about side quests but the main story from beginning to end will take lesser time to complete in XIII-2 compared to the first game.
This is the first time SE has offered dlc in a non-online Final Fantasy and people are calling them greedy? I remember everyone being up in arms when SE decided against dlc for FFXIII.
