Makes sense. Hardcore gamers who see value in gamepass have always spent more. People without the time to play a large rotating selection of games aren't the kind of people to sub to gamepass.
If they put all of their new games on PSNow they wouldn't make any money and the quality of their games would nosedive.
BS. 90% of last gen games run at 900p and 30fps. Current gen games run even worse.
Why would you play games from other series to celebrate the anniversary of Resident Evil? WTF.
Not really. For $100 more you get an actual next gen machine instead an abomination.
I've played VR. I find the floating hands distracting.
Didn't Microsoft offer to buy Nintendo and they were laughed out of the room?
Would it really be that hard to animate some arms to go along with the floating hands? Even if they were janky it would be be less distracting than having them just floating there.
Holding back next gen already. What a shame all so Microsoft can save a few bucks.
That's just false. Unless you were on totally different software versions. Disc and digital use the same saves.
Xbox is a software shell with the same GDK across Xbox one, Series and even PC. PS4 and PS5 have totally different SDKs and are programmed to the metal. A single solution is impossible on Playstation.
Looks impressive still when played on PS5 at 60fps.
If you're the kind of person that plays games for a long time I could see the benefit. I play them once and then I'm done. Ubisoft made transferring Watch Dogs Legion very easy. A shame Square-Enix doesn't have a similar online service.
No ray tracing?
This is really pushing the limits of fanboyism to the extreme.
The Incel Cut
Hateful slobs. I was blown away by the Ray tracing in Control and Watch Dogs Legion and by the tight and joyful gameplay of Astro's Playroom.
The same size benefits are showing on almost all games.
The wishlist is also on the PS5 version of the store.
Native 4k is a waste of resources. Even PC elitists know this.
