My opinion is this is the best game ever. Perfect or almost perfect in every category like the author said. Just my opinion about the game.
This game sounds like it's a long ways from release especially if they are barely putting in basic NPC's. Why is there a beta so soon if their is hardly any NPC's? Is the drought on games so bad that MS letting their fans play on unfinished games not even half done?

Adding your first party games to Pc stops new customers from buying a xbox. Most homes have a computer. Why would they buy a xbox if they can simply just download the game to their computer. I can see Microsoft benefiting from this but at the same time Xbox brand won't be benefiting from it.

Xbox isn't doing sales close to what they want. All these retailers are sitting on tons of inventory that isn't selling. Even though Sony is on the Blu-ray board the own most of the patents for Blu-ray disc and Panasonic own most of the patents for Blu-ray players. Both those companies do get a little more in royalties then the rest.
Sony made this new system for one reason. There were alot of rumors going around about the WiiU launching at a $200 price point so Sony had this already in production to come out at $200 also. After Nintendo cleared up the correct pricing of there new system Sony decided there was no need to bring out a $200 PS 3 and just lwft the price where it should be. This was just a back up plan to a $200 WiiU if they would have had one.

By march 08 the PS3 will be neck and neck with the 360 . Everyone that wants a 360 has one and with the recent new anouncements I really dont see them getting any new sales to pull away from the rest . Halo 3 is nice but Killzone 2 edges it out . Just by looking at the video it seems you will get the next generation game you will want in Killzone . Something about Halo 3 still looks last generation about it .
