Your information is wrong. HD2 was declining before the psn controversy. Sony gave AH permission on how to proceed with their game following the network issues that plagued the launch if the game. In other words, AH decided to remove the psn requirement temporarily without properly informing customers about its eventual requirement. AH is at fault here, NOT Sony.
The game mostly died because of poor balance choices that continue to this day as well as bad community manageme...

You're full of bs. I literally just made a fake psn account in el salvador and i had no issues. All i did was google map an address and a zip code and voila, psn account. Did not need to add any personal information.

The illuminates have been coming since the game released and I'm already bored with the faction.
The game isn't very appealing and then they add woke stuff like preferred pronouns. All this does is piss off the other half of the base and nobody would be pissed if they just didn't add these things. But I get it, they have to check those boxes. Regardless, the game looks boring and this forced diversity just makes many players not give it the time of day.
I don't think concord is make or break for gaas for Sony. They already have a multi-player gaas success and that's helldivers.
It's their first multi-player game on steam. Do you really think companies are perfect and don't make mistakes? I've worked with several big compani3s and they all make mistakes all the time.

From what I've read, it seems the main reason people are leaving is because of balancing issues. People are not happy with the amount of nerfing the weapons have undergone. Everytime something is viable it gets whittled down so as a result, the warbonds are no longer a thing to get excited about. Lack of variety with the armor stats, there is no uniqueness to armor sets so its essentially a poor man's fashionsets.
Not to mention that there are still a number of bug...
