I'm hoping for dynamic weather that will greatly effect the way you approach the game and as many vehicles they can get! Also some sort of online component would be great either co-op or something else.

Loved him in undisputed as Boyka I'm not sure though I need to see him in mullet. I'm sure about one th ing though he's a better pick then anyone on that list. Also would prefer a Brit as the pick.

Well FIFA is IMO the best port on the vita. It's plays and looks identical to the console so yes a lot of people are looking forward to it and FIFA is as popular as cod and assasins creed so it has the right to there maybe even more so then some of those games.
