No dude, this is no GOTY contender. Just look at the competition: Mario Galaxy, Bioshock, Halo 3, all of those games are leaps and bounds better than Uncharted.
This game is going to get an 8.0/10 in Gamespot and 9.2/10 in IGN, mark my words. I have proof of that ;)
