Easy the WiiU is a joke, EA isnt the only one that feels this way.
N64 - Cartridge, stupid move, many didnt support them.
GameCube - better but lacked hardcore games (RE make one of the few and Eternal Darkness)
Wii - FAD but neat
WiiU - a joke
So really only the GameCube was a real contender to have some new games attempted.

WiiU is dead my friend, I can see 35-40 million total at most, and that is not considered a success esp in comparison to the Wii.

This company has never recovered since the PS1 days to me.
After FF9 they lost their way, got to caught up in spending years on a game that netted very little profit.
They need some quick bucks FF7 remake would be a start to bring back your core that got you here.

I would agree with this article esp since PS3 flopped on it for the first 3-4 yrs during this Gen.
A Good start, put a mic in every box, ensure your menus are fluid and all in the same box, no separate loading. Xbox schooled them on that, PS+ was a move in the right direction, now just refine it with the PS4 and get back to your PS1 roots and you will dominate SONY if you dont.
Been saying this forever; PS1 is what made SONY cool, PS2 is not the system to mimic.

This edition was disappointing, they need to make better cases, nothing about it screams must have.
I think Xbox has a stronger overall vision and I think its due to their success in other markets and knowledge.
SONY I think is still a gamers machine first, which is a good thing but they aren't as broad as MS.
So whatever your need is it will be driven by those factors, of course this is a gamers site , so we know where that will lend it self.
