I had to force myself to finish the demo. I found it extremely generic and thought the enemies and gameplay were weak. Game is extremely bland. Ign still is not right for doing this, I still think it's kinda funny though. Prey sucks to me, so a 4 seems well deserved.
I did not like this game one bit from the demo, and had to force myself to finish it. I would give it a 4 alone based on the demo, but for ign to score a game solely because of some bugs, is not right. He seemed like he actually liked the game itself, wow! Ign has gone downhill.
Not sure what I need to research. I know all there is to know about that game and it felt too dull to me. I really hate the enemies for one and the environments felt dull to me. I enjoyed the dead space games much more than this! It's your opinion. I'm still not buying it and it's boring to me. Having more fun with bulletstorm remastered to tell you the truth.
No regrets at all here! First time I tried it, I was absolutely blown away. It's the most immersion you will ever have with a video game. It's too bad a lot of people write it off without even trying it. Their loss. It completely changed my mind and made me a true believer of VR. It should be the way of the future!
Really? I live in SoCal and these things are never in stock out here! VR is an awesome device. Love mine and no regrets at all. You need to experience it before judging it at least.

Same thing I've been trying to tell some of these stubborn kids. Generic and definately biased. They know it too, believe me. People like Dark Knightmare over here, will defend this generic heap to the end, because he doesn't know any better. It's generic and they've completely stolen others ideas to make this game. If you think this Prey has some of the best level design around, you haven't played many games then. Level design is what makes this game feel generic. Very overrated and ratings seem too biased. The demo was dull and had very boring enemies. Gunplay lacked that certain feel, seemed weak. Once again, bioshock and half life did this much better. They also stole the name from the original game Prey back on the pc and 360. Do not get this game mixed up with that Pret. They are completely different! Definate pass for me.
Same here. I think a lot of these people going into prey, have never even heard of half life, and they think prey is one of its kind. Its already been done, nothing new here. I was extremely bored with the demo. Did not like this game at all. The original Prey for Xbox 360 was so much better and original! Wouldn't even waste $10 on it.

Reason it seems like it is selling so well, is Nintendo releases very limited quantity and on rare occasions. It's a total marketing scheme that they have been using for years. Create a demand, pure and simple. When in all reality, it's a big nothing. Boils down to zero games. Sorry, zelda and mario kart don't count. They both can be played on WiiU. Switch was rushed and I am anticipating its demise.
Played the demo and did not like it. Biggest disappointment of 2017 so far in my opinion!
