False claim. Mark Cerny CLEARLY stated in the PS5 deep dive video that he PS5 has RDNA 2. Lisa Su (from AMD) confirmed that the PS5 has RDNA 2. Clearly this person making this claim is downplaying the PS5 because MS's event is in 3 days. It's an attempt to put down the PS5 because team X Box is insecure.

Because they are pushing graphics to the extreme. 4k 30FPS will be the standard for AAA games, the 4k 60FPS is an option. All developers push visuals more than framerate because they want their games to to present QUALITY in it's initial state meaning that visuals will be the priority over everything else when it comes to game design, it's historically factual given the entire PS4 generation.
