Killzone 2 > Modern Warfare in my opinion. I like it because the controls are the way they are. It's less arcade shooter and more unique in an over-saturated genre. And I thought the single player campaign was really fun with a great continuation of the first game's story. Wish there had been a cameo by Luger or Hakha, though. I loved Hakha!

Agree. The Assassins Creed point was something I never thought about. And I LOVED Rogue Squadron 2 on Gamecube, so when I heard Lair was developed by Factor 5, I instantly thought of that. Being late to the game with Lair, I cannot understand why everyone doesn't like the mission structure. A lot of the missions I've played so far consist of changing objectives due to enemy unpredictability. It's that chaos that keeps it fresh and interesting in my opinion.

That design that is shown in the article is neat. Since it's not confirmed, I don't believe it for a second, but I sort of like the boxy look with the slide-out controls from behind like the PSPGo model. Very elegant looking.
I think it's fantastic that Sucker Punch took the feedback from the community and made a change to appease everyone. It takes a lot of guts to showcase your game heavily with one character design on the cover of magazines like Game Informer and also at different conventions, including E3, and then make a cosmetic overhaul to him to better fit the desires of the players.
