Same here I bought the PS5 version on amazon at a discount price but I just couldn't get over the Fortnite art style. I thought maybe if I play the game I would get used to the new look they were going for with this game. But I could only spend 2 hours playing the new look really put me off so much so I decided to trade it to my local CEX.
@Calcocao Im from the UK and I never had to provide government ID and facial scans for my PSN account. Its the first time I ever heard of it
The game seems to be is half price everywhere I wonder why?
Its fiction look at the success of Game Of Thrones there's a huge audience for the genre. I mean how well do you think a TV series like GOT would do if the characters were all friendly and afraid of hurting each others feelings?
I'm also a fan of the franchise but Veilguard is very disappointing, I hope the next Dragon Age is more like the earlier games and the Dragon Age games regrow their balls back
Would also be great if they will consider expanding FF16's Story
I would definitely buy one it would be great to play my steam library also hardware has improved a lot since the first Steam Machines as long as I can use a Playstation 5 or Xbox Series controller then its a day one buy for me
"Dragon Age: The Veilguard did not reach the launch week sales levels of either Final Fantasy VII: Rebirth or Dragon's Dogma II, and it will be a bit of an uphill battle to reach Inquisition's lifetime sales. But again, it's very early and a lot of the story is left to be told. November will give us a much better read."
AC Unity next Please! despite the technical issues it was a good game even though it was too ambitious for PS4 and Xbox One the graphics hold up well. I would love to see it on PS5 and Xbox Series Consoles
Obscure your thoughts?
How is paying endless subscription fees that inevitably get more expensive as time goes by considered cheaper than paying for something once and owning it forever? Articles like these are made to gaslight gamers into thinking that they are saving money with cloud gaming subscription services but in reality you are paying a hell of a lot more money in the long term. Anyone with common sense can see this but they are trying to brainwash us into thinking that we are saving money with subscriptio...
Wow! Insulting the fans is a great way to sell your game
Years ago when I heard of the next Dragon Age game I was really hyped but when I saw the god awful Fortnite artstyle at the gameplay reveal this is a hard pass for sure I dont want to play a Dragon Age game that reminds me of a Disney movie. I mean look at how badass Dragon Age Origins was and now look at this
Look at what Media Molecule did with Dreams they cannot be trusted either personally I think those of us who bought dreams should be refunded
If they make a sequel I sure wont be buying it because the same thing will happen
Well maybe we want to keep our games after paying full price for them its not rocket science
I used the dislike chrome extension to view the amount of dislikes this video got but apparently EA has disabled the ability to view dislikes on their video (very crafty)
It might be hard for game companies to comprehend but a lot of gamers dont want change we never asked for a Fortnite artstyle for Dragon Age. And for other RPGs like Final Fantasy we never said we wanted action based instead of turn based.
Does the PC build's GPU in the article have PSSR? I didnt think so
There are a lot of reasons why Veilguard failed and it would have failed even worse if there were live service elements he is trying to save face with lame excuses
