Although this game looks like its going to be a ton of fun, I have a feeling that it will be a sales flop.
If you read the Halo books and play the games, the story is really good. However, I love Halo and all, but Mass Effect's story and universe is just so amazing. It's one of those games where I paid attention to every dialogue and cutscene just to know more about the world. On top of that the codex is filled with information about every little thing.
Splosion man is one of my favorite XBLA games, can't wait til this one comes out.
The maps look sick. Especially the one with the ship glassing the planet.
Crap, I really liked the first two soundtracks. Hopefully they don't change the sound too much.
I personally loved the autolog feature. I never really cared or paid attention to leaderboards previously in other games. Since autolog keeps in in your face the whole time, it got my attention, now I'm always trying to beat my friends' times. I just bought the dlc pack for the game yesterday, can't wait to play it.
I think on the flickr account where they were leaked, the guy said there was one new firefight map, as well as a new Forge map.

That song from ME2 is from a group called Two Steps from Hell, they have other really great song as well.

I'm up for some new maps. According to the guy on Flickr, there is a new armor ability. The maps look pretty cool, I love the skies in Halo games.
That was pretty obvious, they just finished with Reach last year. Hoe can you expect them to create a brand new IP and release it this year?

Why would you hope for such a great developer to fail? The way they treat their fans is unmatched, only a few other gaming companies can be looked at the same way.
Gears 3 will be shown I think, aside from that I'm not so sure. People are just going to hype this up and then blame Microsoft for not showing something that meets the hype.

It's a really good game, I have every Halo game except the PC games. Some people like it, others don't, but I wouldn't give it a 10/10.
Loved that book, almost as good as Fall of Reach.
I used to only use sprint as well but then I began using other abilities as well, and they aren't as bad as you make them out to be. The jetpack is really useful when you know when and where to use them. Armor lock can be deadly if of course you know how to use it properly.
You say the game is too easy to play yet you can't even use the armor abilities properly.
