They mentioned Split/Second?? This game was bad comapred to game that was released in almost same time frame > Blur. That was kickass game, but sadly it didn't sell, because in few weeks RDR comes out...

Gears 2 campaign is so much better than Gears 3. I remember more from Gears 2, which I finished 2 years ago, than Gears 3 which I've finished yesterday. MP modes are definitely awesome, but lackluster campaign made me sad...

Ouu thats totaly not true, Bulletstorm has much better story than Gears 3. Did you atually played Bulletstorm? I was suprised by story, I expect something very lame and immature, but turne out to be pretty well written story.--
I finished Gears 3 yesterday and I have to say, I am dissapoint with campaign (MP modes are awesome). I don't like first one, loved second and hated the last. Gears 3 has a very lame narration, character, setpieces. I could named a lot of great scenes from Gears 2, but none from Gears 3 a I've just finished the game. Definitely step backwards. This year is my personal year of game dissapointment, many anticipated games turned out to be dissapointment : (
