By the simple fact that it doesn't lag, it uses buttons, and has potential for the hardcore gamer.

That's how it should have always been. I mean, if you can't afford another console, that's completely fine, but there's no need to downplay the accomplishes of the competition.
Hopefully consoles drop in price soon, to increase the accessibility of each system. Then there will be no need for fanboyism throughout the remainder of this console generation :/
