Man I remember back then when I thought the SNES game looked good. This is awesome!
I really want a new PlayStation Handheld or hybrid too. I think they have to avoid any weird announcements like "3g Broadband Network with AT&T." That got an audible "boo" from the crowd back then.
You're totally right. On Podcast Unlocked, Phil even said a majority of their sales will be the Xbox One S. The Scorpio will be for that "premium gaming customer". Kind of like what the Xbox Elite controller was for the console. The Scorpio isn't there to replace the older consoles.
You actually have a choice where you want to delete duplicate games. It'll show you a list and ask if you want to delete them from the "System Storage" or "Extended Storage." It kinda sucks, but it's baby steps. I'm just glad this feature is even coming to PS4.
I was actually able to run a game on two different accounts on a single console sharing the external HDD. Both accounts must have a license for the content though. Other games showed a lock sign on it, similar to the behavior of an internal HDD.
@GrimDragon With the camera facing you, try centering yourself with the left most camera lens. Also, try powering off your PS4 every time instead of putting it in Rest Mode. Test that out for a bit at least to see if there's a difference.
I'm surprised too. I'm assuming they needed to drop the quality to compensate for the higher framerate. I'll give it try on the demo disc. I hope I can stomach the game because I really enjoy DC.
From PlayStation Blog:
"The demo disc will also be available for download at PlayStation Store for free after PS VR launches."
I understand the anger if you don't have internet. Other than that, there will be another way to get these demos from the NA PS Store.
There was that strange moment when Cerney said he turned on HDR and nothing changed on the stream. Then I realized he must have turned it on in the theater.
I can't wait to see it myself. It sounds awesome.
Personally I feel like the Dualshock 4 controller fits in my hands a lot better than the Elite controller. I have to admit that those Elite paddles really do make a huge difference with the way I play games though.
I'd be completely on board if Sony makes an Elite-like controller. The paddles on the SCUF 4PS controllers take a lil more effort for me to press than the Xbox Elite controllers -_-
I'm really enjoying the game right now too. Maybe From Software felt like people would eventually feel the same as Edward if they continued on with the series.
With games like Nioh and Salt & Sanctuary, it feels like the soul of this series will live on elsewhere.
I don't believe these codes are tied to your Gamertag so you might start seeing some codes on eBay or CDKeys. I redeemed my code today through the Windows Store, but it's on the same Windows email/account as my Xbox Live account.
I feel like it's more for those people that want to capture better/uncompressed HDMI footage from their PS4 and Xbox One. When I capture footage using the PS4 and Xbox One share functions the video quality is good, but the videos coming from a dedicated capture card look a lot better in my opinion. Getting that kind of quality isn't cheap though.
Hopefully it'll go down in price soon if it doesn't sell well. My prediction, people will still buy it at that price -_-
Lol I can imagine binge watching Netflix shows and falling asleep with that thing on my face. It will definitely look ridiculous from the outside, but I can't wait to see how it all works.
"The only way I'll reopen the studio is if you go up to the Bronx, and get me some breast milk from a Cambodian immigrant."
It'll definitely be cool seeing these early videos and how it all relates to their future game development. Also, it's nice hearing from the team after being quiet from Konami for so long.
He'll keep the channel updated with new videos if he gets more subscribers. I'm sure he'll eventually talk about games.
Man this was such a cool game at the time. I remember wondering what a first person martial arts game would look like and this scratched that itch.
"A delayed game is eventually good, but a rushed game is forever bad."
- Shigeru Miyamoto
Of course, in the case of Duke Nukem Forever (bad), that wasn't true. There's games that were delayed that were both good and bad so it's a really general quote from a great developer.
@Frinker I don't think those websites are included in Metacritic review scores for any games yet. I don't know what it takes to get reviews on that site, but I'm assuming the game publications they do include are here:
