Never played Ark Survival I hear really good things about it
If both Microsoft and Sony announce there next gen consoles in 2019 with a 2020 release date, i could def see a decline in sales for ps4 and xbox one. Gamers would most likely want to save up there money for 2020 i think. However if no announcement is made then I'm not so sure about this prediction especially If Gears 5 and LOU 2 release this fall then i don't think this analysis is spot on.
A game like minecraft def feels right home with the switch. Being able to create worlds on the go is awesome.

They are coming to windows 10 but they are still xbox console exclusives. because they won't appear on ps or switch

I just beat Ori and the Blind Forest this week on Gamepass. what an amazing game. I am really looking forward to the sequel!
im gonna have to disagree with you on that one @obscure. I do not think Xbox will allow ps to release a full year ahead of them. and vice versa.

@angeliclce I think next year will be better. Ori is fantastic, currently playing it on Gamepass. I can only see the sequel being better. Cuphead is a true gem. Cannot wait for the expansion next year. Gears 5 looks amazing, but I will be cautiously optimistic. Gears hasn't been the same since 3. I'm not sold on Crack down 3. so thats a wild card. But if Gears, cup head expansion and Ori perform well then thats already better then 2018.
The only Exclusive they released this year that was stellar was Forza Horizon 4. Mean while nintendo and sony released multiple great exclusives. With all these new studio acquisitions and future ones still yet to be acquired lets hope this narrative changes for Xbox. With the exception of Horizon 4 I don't remember the last time the Xbox brand had game of the year worthy exclusive.
Whitcher 3 complete edition is worth it for 20 if you haven't gotten it. shadow of the Tomb raider for 30 is good as well.
