I'll give you that some very well could, but not ALL of them! Activision went through a couple of buyouts before they became the Activision of today.
However, some of my favorite indie developers, such as Locomalito and Team Meat, are just folks who love games and want to contribute! The purest form of passion, if you ask me! :-)
Dr. Barnstorff...WHAT A DICK!
Lol...I never leave home without mine! Got em stashed in the trunk! :-/
Damn media needs to pull their heads out of their asses! Violent sociopaths can even be found among the "elite, non-gamer" cross-section! Who KNEW?! :-)
Haha...well said, my friend! :-)
Video games are certainly an outlet for me! If I'm feeling frustrated or otherwise misaligned, a good round of Brutal Doom gets me right again! :-)
Those poor Yetis! Quit crossing into their land, you ski-head pricks! :-)
True. I can do that as well, but the benefits of frontends provides an attractive GUI (at times), and is much better than clicking through endless folders. It's usually not a problem when someone only has a couple emus with a small amount of games, but my own ROM collection is well over 1200 with at least 7 different emus! :-/
This is so true! I know that the HyperSpin Downloads area has some custom game themes, and EmuMovies is pretty good for not only attract modes, but also static artwork for some! In truth, I'm STILL working on my HS setup, but at least I'm down to 2 systems to add shit for compared to 10 when I started! Over 1200 titles for various emus! :-/
Very in-depth research, my friend! Plus, I LOVE Spy VS Spy! Excellent article!
Lol...never would have guessed that "Cooking Mama" would ever be nominated as a game to "ace"! :-) Great answer, Riley! :-)
Great read, my friend! This was a fun way to compare/draw similarities from two COMPLETELY different systems! Good work! :-)
I STILL dig these cartoons. Yeah, a lot of them have a low production value, but it's the magic of connecting with the material that always did it for me! Great article! :-)
I wasn't even aware that Metal Gear Solid touched on something as horrific as the Tuskegee Experiment... :-/ Great read, and may it never happen again!
That's amazing that Hot Pepper Gaming was able to take the time to ask Riley a question! Even funnier when Riley attempts to eat a pepper herself! Not a childhood favorite, I'd assume? :-)
And I say that's a good thing! Hatred, bigotry and intolerance are learned behaviors. We, as adults, are inherently tainted by our experiences, but children have the luxury of loving without boundaries! We can learn a lot from them, and no child is a waste of space! Have an excellent day! ;-)
The definition of this whole debacle should be changed to Riley's take on it! :-) Kids seem to act more civilized than adults do in MANY cases! Salute! :-)
This article made me question my whole childhood...EXCELLENT WORK! :-)
Great article, David! Been down with zombies since Resident Evil 1!
Thanks, good buddy! But sadly, I can't find the link to your article that you sent earlier! :-/ Think I might have screwed something up when I logged out, then logged back in...If you reply to this comment, I'll give it a look by 5PM MST! Bout to head out the door now! Thanks again and glad you enjoyed it! :-)
i second DiscoKid. Talented developer, total jackhole! :-)
