ye i do agree with your points, ff7 is and will forever be my fav game ever made, but hd remasterd games arnt as good these days, its a shame that these once masterpeices of gaming goodness are now not so great but thats just life, things evolve just as the gaming industry will do. i do believe they shud be reviewed as they are today but if you want a fair review as they were back in the day then just read the older reviews for them thats prob the best thing to do if your new to the game that...
i loved crack in time, im just glad sony were smart enough to own the ip's, so u wont be seeing ratchet and clank or resistence on 360. resistance is a good game but nothing amazing, will be glad if sony give it to somone else, and i never played ratchet on ps2, but after playing the first 2 on ps3 they are 2 of my fav games iv ever played, crack in time had such class, reminded me of a mario game in that it was made with such care and detail.. loved it :)

yes, it was one of the best shooters like 10 years ago, i loved halo 1 and 2 back in the day, but all remasterd games dont rate as high these days, i would find it very boreing to play now, heck i found halo 3 a complete bore wen that game came out and that was new but played the same as the first 2. u may still love it just as much but if i were to review it id give it like a 7, just enjoy it mate and forget about the reviews, i read this one and it seems pretty fair to me

these arguments are just pointless, better graphics dont make the game any better, iv been playing on pc, i modded it about 20 hours into my game and im enjoying it no more or less then before

while i do agree with allot of your points i quite enjoyed the story of ff13, while overall i really enjoyed it it was no ff game if u compare it to my 3 fav games ever created, ff7,8 and 9. if it wasnt a ff game i think id of loved it more, it was a great game, but after playing the earlier masterpeices in the franchise i was left dissapointed, iv been dissapointed by ff12 too, ff10-2 was the last one i really enjoyed.

tbh i got bored of motorstorm after the 2nd one, i loved the first wen i bought my launch ps3, i think its best if the studio leave motorstorm and begin a new project, i wish the team luck with there next franchise

very true, i think sony have proved time and time again that the playstation is the best GAMING colsole, consoles are for gaming and sony have all the games, its inevitable the ps3 will overtake the 360, i think untill microsoft start actually buying game companys they will never win a generation, its the basics to developing a great console, u need games!!!!
its a shame the 'used to be' amazing dev team rare have been put on the shovel ware side of microsoft, they used to make such great games, i miss the good ol days :(
