That's where you're wrong. The quarterly earnings were for revenue... NOT PROFITS. Completely different.
GamePass is a money pit, at least right now it is. I can sub to gamepass on pc for 1 month and play Star Field when it comes out, finish the game, and then unsub. All for pennies.
When normally I would have paid full price for that game. But now it will only cost me only a dollar or $10
Some strange people are getting caught up with the storage number. Are they forgetting that it's more than twice as fast as the Series X ssd AND it will have the crazy raw IO throughput. This is going to innovate game design going forward in the coming years. Sony are ahead of the curve and really trying to innovate here. I don't care at all about it only being 664gb.

Didn't everyone already know this was going to be the case? They released with a 500gb hdd, then you gotta take a big chunk off that for the PS. It was always going to be areound 350. Either way it's small and ridiculous.
MAybe, maybe not. But honestly, no one cares. Resolution argument is gone. Digital Foundry said that it's not going to matter for this gen. You can't tell the difference unless you zoom in. They couldn't tell the difference themselves on the UE5 demo.
