Nintendo's console is gonna be underpowered no matter what, whether its stronger than ps3 at launch or weaker than ps4, the fact is the whole 5 year life cycles are proving lame.
GC was 5 years around till it died, Wii 5 years till its dying, next up is wii u.
it makes sense they can't make a stronger system as early as sony or ms. ms and sony are software ...

ouch.....thats dissapointing. It will be fine for now, but when the ps4 and next xbox come its gonna be the wii all over again.
still games talk....but then the wii hasn't had as many good games as the other big two considering how much easier it is to dev for.
maybe a wii-u-2 5 years after the wii-u's launch? nintendo may be setting up forr a 5 year rotation cycle since thats what happened with GC, wii and maybe the wii-u

if chris, jill, claire etc were still scared of zombies it would be dumb. They are professional Zombie killers, they know how to quickly and effectively take zombies and monsters out.
how can you make anything horror if your characters cant get scared?

although in general if the person is violent they will always be violent. there were no videogames back in ancient rome yet that was still one of the more violent times in history
while true, so are used games sales. if it wasn't for the multi-million $ loss companies lose they wouldn't have to stoop so low.

typical solution for dlc for me is......Wait till the game is only 30 bucks, then buy the dlc you want. only takes 1 or 2 months for the game to drop that low in price. stop buying used, it's only a 5$ difference most of the time
??????? huh. wait so whats a fighter that evolved tons over its predecessors? I play tekken, I dislike tekken tag 2, Im currently loving SC5 (forget the lack of modes), Virtua fighter is ok, to slow for me. fav fighter is blazblue. I despise all MK games after trilogy, so slow, stiff, unrealistic to the point of the way people die, the gore for the sake of gore, the fighting style stances, the tons of clone characters, and well i can go on.

Huh......tekken 6 is just tekken 1 with new graphics and backgrounds, the gameplay is EXACTLY the same, They changed doa5's gameplay, the pace of combat, added new moves, are adding new characters, massive graphic and art style overhaul aswell as way more interactive enviorments.

and while we consumers can just say (Why dont they just keep it off the disc and make everyone download it so it doesnt look so shady?) they won't do that because of money. psn charges for every MB doownloaded i think, so imagine that price hit on them.
BUT, i would love to see a bunch of in-game unlockables, there arent even any unlockable costumes in games anymore, its all dlc
