No way. I believe, from an EGM article I read on EA's acquisition of Bioware, that MS will publish 2 and 3 of the trilogy with EA/Bioware listed as the developers. And Ninja Gaiden Sigma was published by MGS in only America, I think. So, it doesn't really matter who publishes, its who owns the rights of distribution to the game.
