Or… you should leave the S in line with the last generation to avoid new gen games being held back because of the hardware!
I do think it looks boring not going to lie. Some parts are impressive and I can see a whole heap of work, passion, dedication, creativity, etc has gone into this. But it just doesn’t look like a great game. I’m sorry
I bet it’s good. I’m sure the display is getting closer to what we want VR to be. I’ve always thought we are not quite there yet… still pixelated. This could be a game changer… micro oled. I’d love to see it… I do hope someone manages to get PC VR running on this someway just to see the experience…

I didn’t like the twin snakes just because of the voice acting being inferior to the original. Gameplay was improved but the magic was lost in the story compared to the first game imo…
Honestly I was kind of hoping it would be going for a more MGSV route to transform and widen up the original game instead of a shot for shot remake… but I’ll still take it I suppose…

I honestly don’t mind them taking as long as they need as long as it meets those expectations and sets the bar for all open world games. Take 15 years if you need it. Just make it the best of the best!

A system is only as good as it’s games…
Playing it right now…. Honestly to me it’s a little disappointing. It is a BOTW reskin with new abilities but the same layout of how things play out… korok seeds, shrines, even 4 “important points” to visit just like in botw. It’s still good because botw is good but it definitely feels like almost the same game…
2 and 4 were always my favs of the franchise so at least they did those justice lol. I just thought the nemesis in 3 was perhaps REs greatest villain, shame they didn’t do him justice :( but at least we have 2 and 4. The best ones

One of my favourite co-op campaigns. We don’t even get split screen couch co op of this quality anymore. Didn’t appreciate it when we had it. Also really enjoyed splinter cell convictions co op. AAA devs don’t seem to do split screen at all anymore. Shame if you ask me :/
I honestly miss having more linear games. It seems there are too many open world games in the last generation and I honestly get bored of them. Lots of useless fetch quests and side activities in attempts to keep the world interesting but in turn makes things feel padded and boring to me. Very few games do open world right imo and I don’t have the patience anymore for most of them. Some exceptions like GTA, RDR2 but in general I miss the slew of linear gems we used to get :/
It was also because the 360 Tenchu was made by From Soft and not the original developers Aquire. 1 and 2 still remain my favourites in terms of story, music, level design, bosses. Wrath of heaven was good gameplay wise though…
But we don’t have great games anymore! That’s the damn problem! 2-3 a year tops!
