I think some of the scenes are QTE, and not all of them are, because I remember David Cage saying that it wasn't just QTE.

There are three other major games for Sony fans that are coming out other than Heavy Rain. Stop playing sales, and stop taking yourself too seriously.

Pre-ordering this in January. The concept sounds awesome, and I hope it's better than Indigo Prophecy. That game was epic, but I didn't like some of choices, but I loved the small details, like if you mixed wine with the pills.

2010 looks good for both Sony, and Microsoft, because they both have a good line-up of games. Snake isn't going to be on 360, Raiden is. Snake could be in the story, but Raiden is the Protagonist, and I am pretty sure Snake was only playable on one part of MGS2 which was on the Xbox, and PS2.
