The problem I have with the regen system is that you don't have to avoid enemy fire anymore (at least, not very much). Just duck for a few seconds and you're ok again. Taking damage becomes something you just accept instead of being something you try to avoid.
"aha, 10 enemies up ahead, I'll just walk quickly around the corner every 5 seconds and fire blindly until they're all dead"
It was definitely more challenging - and fun, according to me.
It doesn't have anything to do with realism. The article writer means that it's kind of like cheating since all you have to do is duck for a while and you're ok again. Like a semi-god cheat.
And I totally agree with the article writer. It doesn't matter if you're low on health, you never have to be careful, because there are an infinite supply of medkits in every damn corner.
And the game was awesome :)
I've actually played a lot more PS2-games than PS3-titles on my PS3 :). I bought the 60GB-model as well since I never had a PS or PS2. I've played a total of four PS3 games and about 15 PS2-titles :)
Thanks a LOT for the BC, which was one of my main reasons for actually getting a PS3 at all.

I remember that I rented Ghosts n goblins when I was a kid. And I never did finish that first level =)
I have finished the SMB 3 level though. And I've finished Punch Out. And I've finished SMB: The lost levels as well. Without any cheats of course.
The rest I haven't tried.
Well, I despise the idea of making a rape game in the first place.
BUT, I still don't think the game should be censored or removed. I'd rather let people make, and play, rape games than censoring and removing them because they offend.
And I surely don't think anyone will become a rapist because of this =)
Now gimme the PC version! I've planned to game all night =)
Yeah, the boomer hits seems to be little bugged (no zombies spawns sometimes) and there are no "ladders" for the infected to climb (based on what I've seen).
Better to wait for the official release since it's free anyway and just a week away.
I welcome the melee-fatigue idea warmly. It's kind of boring when someone sits in a tight space while meleeing constantly.
I dunno, after having finished the main quest I lost all interest in the game. Too bad.
I will buy it as well... but I'll wait for a while since I finished Persona 3 just last week.

I havent finished P3 FES yet! I'm soon finished with the first part though, a merely ~75 hours so far. :)

I'm currently playing the "undiscovered" game Persona 3 FES (on ps3 though). And damn, it rocks =). 71 hours so far, and counting.
Chip n Dale for the NES is the easiest game I've ever played. I finished it the first time I played it!
Otherwise I agree with most games on the list if all it takes is finishing the game, not getting all stars etc. Not all games though, I don't recall OOT to be easy.
