Its due to pure laziness, I have no doubt the game will be fun, and I will end up spending months and months like its predecessor but its a shame they didn't make any graphical improvements, they had 2 years to make it after all.

That's a good point, how Advanced an item is isn't the most important thing in the gen prof of that in the Nintendo Wii, if it was purely down to tech then PS3 would be miles in the lead.

I was really excited When I heard a possible "Dragon Ball Z: Budokai Tenkaichi 4", I then learned it was being turned into this, that It would not be on blu-ray either..
What this meant to me was the GFX would not be too good, there would not be all the characters, I was surprised to see that they included lots of characters though and this might turn out to be an ok game, but I still think it had more potential as a PS3 exclusive.
I might pick this game up...

I've been saying this for a while, its not like its impossible, its been done on the PSP...
Imagine calling friends from your PS3, on there phone, or even just joining in a big chat?
The main limitations I see, is that Sony have already made Some of these features, like the chats ect, and if they added skype, there would be voice, but again another chat.
Sonys features might start to clash soon, e.g chat, so they need to be careful.

I concur, they are both the same meaning used in the same context example:
The PlayStation 3 HAS a Blu-ray player. (meaning the PS3 itself + HAS a Blu-ray player..)
The PlayStation 3 IS a Blu-ray player. (meaning that it actually is a Blu-ray player as well as what ever else it is.)
I also know (as we have been reassured by Kaz) that the PlayStation 3 is first and foremost a games console with "added" capabilities.
..But a PlayStation 3 costs more then a Blu-ray player, I cannot imagine the owner to be broke?
In fact the owner would have to be doing well for himself.. a suitable income to own such technologies.
