''We've been burnt way too many times to fall for shallow spin.''

This is it. The devs/publishers of today have created this gaming world of mistrust.

We've had botched launches and content empty releases way too many times. Just from recent memory we got Fallout 76, Anthem, Cyberpunk. Those were heavy hitter titles made by big studios with high fan expectations.
Well even BF4 which fans had high hopes for had such a disas...

I sense nervous laughter.

I despised the combat in the first game.

The other stuff was just about below average as well.

I'm surprised a sequel happened.

Is that because BF uses Ray tracing and dlss?

I personally prefer Dlss over FSR. FSR image is a little blurrier in comparison.

I'd like to know that as well.

Im using a 980 pro 1tb and just ran a test 5 min ago on pc. My drive was 50% full and the speeds were Read:7054 Write: 5142

Hope it translates similarly on the PS5.

Anyone tested one? Test with atleast a half full drive. Most drives speed drop by then.

980 pro has some form of heatsink/heat spreader built into but I personally think its not enough. In a sense you dont really need it for this drive coz its built to use totally without it but I'd suggest getting one for it coz its a monster piece of tech.

I use it on my PC but my motherboard has custom heatsink for it.

Though I read somewhere that samsung will release a 980 pro ssd with heatsink for PS5.

The drive is blazing fast. ...

Usually newer gen is backwards compatible like PCI4 drives work on PCI3 slots, minus the Gen 4 speed ofc.

PS5 may support PCI5 but with pci4 speeds. PCI5 drives will be pricey though. In fact pci4 prices may come down due to that.

Realistically you wont even need those speeds. Better to have much larger capacity pci4 drives by then.

Thats how I draw a circle and never get away with it.

For some reason I don't believe anything devs/publishers say these days.

This game looks quite realistic. Overweight people everywhere.

Yes both are correct responses.

Game release dates should be honored.
Games should release in a highly functional if not in a near perfect state.

Most games seemed to be failing both real real hard.

It was a visual treat.

Possibly one of my fav looking games of this gen.

Nah Nov 19 is the real beta.

Just like the majority of games lately.

Can we get it on some healthy food as well. I see Kellog's mentioned. Please be on the Kellogg's Protein cereal.

Exactly this. I felt Halo 5 should have been a launch for 2019/2020 as well.

It's not like MS has an excess of exclusives.

'just look at what the competition is doing, killing it in the PC arena.''

MS exists today because of PC. Serving their biggest consumer base is not only their duty but in their own interest of profit. The competition has nothing to do with it.

Gamepass on pc keeps lacking games that xbox has, the halo games had xbox releases twice over and then finally the mcc was ported to pc. Halo 5 should have been a pc release immediately after MCC, now i...

Ikr? Those turn out to be amazing rpgs.

Open world rpgs can be incredible or can be incredibly tedious.

''ditch the open world model and focus on single player AAA RPGs with curated content.''

That's what I really loved about Dragon Age Origins, the Mass Effect Trilogy, Deus Ex HR/MD, Kotor, Neverwinter Nights.
