Well India is the potentially 2nd biggest market in the world next to China, I'm not suprised it would have a potentially big game industry.
Me and my buds usually system link and use multiple tvs when we want to game for a long time. That way we're all together but we each get our own screen. But I still like split screen, I've had some great times playing split screen Halo 2.
I believe the 360 is on par with manufacturing costs and sales costs and the PS3 is at a $50 deficit.
EDIT: No
360
Cost to produce -$200
Sold for +$200
= no profit
This is probably why they charge for live.
PS3 loses -$50 per console but they make up this deficit with the surplus they have PSP and PS2 sales.
Nope it's $450 now. They just cut manufacturing costs by I think 35%.
PS3
Cost to make -$450
Sold for +$400
Total profit -$50
20 million x -$50 = -$1 billion
According to the article the PS3 will sell more than the Wii. The Wii will apparently sell half the amount of 25 million making it 12.5 million Wiis sold next year. I seriously doubt the PS3 will sell more than 12.5 million consoles this year.
So PS3 will sell at least 8 million consoles and 360 will sell 0 consoles. Sorry buddy it doesn't work that way.
On the bright side, FEAR2 will sell well on the 360 considering its lack of FPS at the moment.
Christ goty talk already, how about we wait until December 2009 before we proclaim the "best game of 2009."
FEAR is Warner Bros, not EA.
I think Guerrilla is getting ahead of themselves.
EDIT: Why am I getting disagrees? They should focus on the game first, after it's released they can focus on DLC. Christ, I'm not dissing KZ2 or anything.
If you want to enjoy the game buy the 360 version.
NHL09 was pretty good this year, even better than 06/07and08.
Sonic is more played out then Mario.
Must you make every topic an exclusive list? Guess what ma, I can make lists too! Exclusive GTA4/Fallout3 DLC, Halo Wars, Halo ODST, Star Ocean 4, Splinter Cell Conviction, Alan Wake, and Mass Effect 2. See what I did there? Making lists are useless and retarded.
I don't know about you but I only buy Dvds, I'm not really into $10 more per movie when I'll only probably watch it three times and I buy Dvds by the bulk making blue-ray too expensive for my needs.
Plus...
So if my 360 had an internet connection but the tv connected didn't have cable I could still stream tv over the 360?
How would IPTV work exactly? I don't get the concept.
Don't forget Star Ocean 4, Alan Wake, Splinter Cell Conviction, and Mass Effect 2.
^^^bubbles for you for being rational (even though I know your a Sony supporter)
MS has no reason for a blue-ray drive, it would raise costs and the whole appealing aspect of the 360 is the fact that it is cheaper than the competition.
Really? Modding is great....... plus you seem to forget Star Craft 2? I've spent hundreds of hours on battlenet playing the original.
