I was gonna say, you guys are retard fan boys. Its called Motion-blur.
But alas, the pictures ARE blurry.
I think you guys don't understand that these are new technologies. Not the same old-n-busted that we've seen before.
I've seen demos of this stuff, and its out of this world. Literally.
There is NO such thing as freedom of speech on a private server/network.
Property rights FTW!!!!
If he wants all his racist and homophobe crap, get your own server.
"we've been able to do by mixing and matching, by layering animations on top of each other, by blending between animations even of different layers."
As an animator, I can say, that this is simply the way you animate a character. Especially if you are using mocap.
you mix-n-match. You layer animations. The difference is that their tools allow them to do it on the fly, rather than have an animator do it on their software.
Lame article.
xp is good enough for all my work and gaming needs.

I just picked up Mass Effect for the PC, and oh boy, that's a great game!
I would like for nothing more than MassEffect2 on my PS3!
these use real game play assets, but they are rendered with a slight higher AA than the final game will use.
Polyphony is always legit when it comes to screenshots.
Are you stupid, or do you just like to pretend you are on online discussions?
Do you work at Infinity Ward right now?
Are you working on MW2 as we speak?
Do you even know ANYTHING about game development??
Of course you don't, you just like to yap your mouth and prove your ignorance.
I know a few guys who work at IF, and are working on MW2, and there's been quite a few improvements on the engine. Also, its all not just plug-n-play with code....
you have NO idea what you are talking about.
I've been doing video game artwork, (plus cinematics) for about a decade now, and I can tell you that a small percentage of games make "a huge profit".
Why dont you research before you type this tripe?
I just canceled Gamefly for the second time in my life not too long ago. I had tried them last year, and thought they would have improved their service by now.
It would take upwards of an entire week in order to get a new game when I dropped off the old one in the mail. That means I'd drop them off on Monday, and not get a game back until the following Monday, or later.
Netflix has my new movies in 48hrs. Every. Single. Time.
I would never, EVER get...
"The sad part of the interview was how he considered this a 'big thing' in his life. I'm a gamer and it would be cool to be the best at something in a game, but it would be far from a 'big thing' in my life."
The kid is 12!! TWELVE YEARS OLD.
Tell all of us, please.. what had YOU accomplished by the time you were 12?
Right..
That's what I thought.
you dummies can't tell that's photoshopped??????
The edges don't match. The perspective doesn't match.
And the color seems off from the rest of the page.

Now Stop Polluting my Interwebs with your copy & paste crap.
you could have just googled the other 10,000 "top 10" most disturbing moments in gaming that are found on the net.
LAME.
Id like it if they redid "The Dig", but that game still holds up good even after all these years.
Full-Throttle is another sure-fire winner as well.
my wife LOVES Sims3.
How many people do you think there are in my position? We know that we are getting ripped off with all this expansions, YET, they do keep the wife busy for hours, upon hours on end.
And that my friends...
is simply priceless.
at this point i've given up trying to play online. I can't believe they released such an anticipated and "high-profile" game in this state.
I just bought Ratatouille, Kung Fu Panda and I am Legend for $22.
Sure they are used, but who cares? No scratches and all original cases.
