What kinda question is this? multiplayer games add the most replayability with hundreds of hours of gameplay, single player only games need to justify the price more than a multiplayer only game

@thereaperson, Maybe RARE just couldnt adapt to the new generation (360)? maybe the team fell apart on its own? maybe they make alot of money or did off kinect games? if they were with nintendo they would also be making motion games
Microsoft also tried to go the digital route, its better for developers and publishers but not consumers, yet they didnt execute it well, hopefully we dont go all digital but i can see it happening soon especially with the emerging PC market and how well PC is doing with digital marketplaces
Sony and Microsoft both look to be bringing the games this generation, CANT WAIT
@jessupj, yup and they fixed it, belive me, Sony, developers, publishers, investors all want to protect there IP and there profits from Pirates and used games, its going all digital just like music, Microsoft was just pushing to soon is all, it wasnt evil as you still would of brought your games and online as you do today, there was no hidden fees or contracts with the pre DRM Xbox, just crying internet kiddies
Judging by LAST E3 2013 Xbox One had ALL GAMES and alot more than Sony at the time, Sony barely showed anything at last E3

@DarkZone, im not to sure if Sony could price drop as soon as MS being that GDDR5 Ram is so much more expensive than DDR3 and that it will take a couple years for GDDR5 prices to drop, i also think Microsoft can eat $100 loss on each Console more easily than Sony can
The new CEO is in favor of keeping Xbox and Bing along with Bill Gates and Steve Ballmer all of which have the most money invested in Microsoft, these investors dont have a say really

PS3 was playing catch up the whole time, even when they did catch up the war was altready over and everyone considered Xbox as the defining console last generation, from bad ports to the entire PSN network being shutdown for months PS3 had some of the worst blows of any console, yet you consider it a success?

Hello, i am very very happy with my Xbox One, $500 is very reasonable since you get the camera which is more utilitarian rather than a device for gaming, yes PS4 seems to have the better specs but in all reality the games will look and play pretty much the same, also PS4 does not offer me the games i want as a online gamer, i love multiplayer and i just dont see it on PS4 yet PS4 has very well made story games, to each his own i guess please dont flame ethier reply with a intelligent comment ...
Xbox LIVE is still there after 2010 making it a much better console than PS3 for me as a online gamer mostly
