@Hardiman Go watch some real movies, maybe then you will realize what Sony is doing "telling stories" is nothing better than what Hollywood did in the 50's. Can't argue with a enthusiast of casual gamers who will say nothing against the skill gap dissapearing dilemma from nowadays.

Sorry, but I've never owned an xbox console, I've owned every sony playstation and got very dissapointed this generation, so i sold my ps4 back in octobre. I just want gaming to evolve not to the stagnate in that movie-like crap. God of war was the straw that broke the camel for me.

Give the Star Wars ip to Sony and you will have a one-month-wonder game with great cinematics, awesome graphics, great camera angles, and the press beyond it like it's the new paradigm for games, but also you will have old fashioned movement, old fashioned combat, old fashioned rpg elements and therefore almost ZERO replayability (that's why they come with that nonsense new game plus for all their games)... oh, and of course, no multiplayer. Dont' worry, they will
call it...

As a star wars fan i would say we want games, not interactive movies. We have cinema culture, so we don't care when shitty brands like Sony wanna approach camera angles in a videogame as the most innovative crap they can come around with, we have seen those for decades, we want new gameplay experiences, not lackluster gameplay with good story like almost every sony exclusive.

There are already directors for star wars movies, we don't need Sony to put their cinematic shit on that ip, we need games, not interactive shit.

There's no age for videogames, kid. But there is an age to not trust media anymore.

Yeah, kid! award winning, let the big media companies journalists decide for you! Don't forget to clap!

"Certainly, from the gameplay we’ve seen, it looks like the developers are going for that cinematic, Samurai look". Of course, since is a Sony exclusive. Prepare the pop corn and let those gamepads rest, because this is going to be another interactive movie.

@Razzer

That's exactly what virtually every fanboy says when they put the gameplay mechanics of their beloved game to light. That's why i'm not surprised, keep claiming i haven't played the game, i only care about what i've done and what i've said, i played the game, i'm not surprised, i said what i've said, that's my opinion. You don't like it, go there yourself thinking i haven't played, thinking everyone should love the game a...

Says the videogame expert with the best argument ever made "best gameplay i've ever seen". Certified. 2019.

Try again fanboy, it's ok if you can't write something like that because you know, only thing you can say is "best gameplay i've ever seen" go keep playing, i've played enough of that kind of gameplay in god of war, and even in other games, so yeah, try again.

U guys are hilarious, i will never be tired of waiting for your arguments about good gameplay, innovative gameplay... you know, something beyond the "best combat i've ever seen", "the reviews say so", "the gameplay is most fun i've ever had", or even, haha "you just copy paste from an xbox fanboy forum" that was insane you make me laugh a lot, thanks boi... just try it, try making some argument without subjective crap, don't worry if you fai...

Don't even start with your pseudo-philosophal approach to videogames putting everyone of us who are trying to give a point about the falacy of "videogames are art" in a sack as we have no idea of art, human condition or even philantropy. But here's the fact, hipster. Videogames are possible because of computers, you know, the human creation of mechanizing logic? Have you ever built a half-adder logic board? Have you ever tried to read binary? That's the simple yet comp...

Got nothing to say to someone who actually believes in reviews. Lol. Seriously, go over there and you will see that the moments that take you out of the core gameplay loop for exposition is why this games always receive such good scores. They all give the story a bigger focus than gameplay and journalists desperately want to be movie critics. So, yeah, no, the review argument is totally nonsense. Also, i didn't say anything about RDR2, that's an experiment more than a game with auto-a...

i heard this a lot, but let me tell you, having more gameplay depth than the previous gow games isn't something particularly difficult. is basically a casualized dmc, yet it was never boring, unlike the new movie.
