the review doesn't go into how long the campaign is. and it says the story and single player are OK at best. but then it says it's easily game of the year.

can we p-lease get a real honest review here.
the author says bc2 didn't deliver enough content to keep players interested.
i have almost 100 hours logged into it. compare that to a 60$ game like force unleashed 2 that can be beat in 10 hours.
also the bad company 2 servers are still alive and well with tons of people playing.
the author needs to stop jumping to conclusions. it's fine to say the game never received proper unique maps. but saying it didn't have enough content ...
there's no way i'm paying full price for a 6 to 8 hour game. like halo reach.
developers can whine about it all they want. but if they keep trying to screw consumers with 8 hour campaigns and 15$ for meager dlc then i'm all for used games and piracy.
the industries biggest problems are 6 to 8 hour games who's publishers still have the nerve to charge 60$ for.
who cares. i've had enough call of duty. gob forbid they were to try something different with these games. instead of just giving us another 60$ game with a 6 hour campaigne and 15$ map packs.

i bought halflife 2 back in 2005. installed it with steam, beat it, enjoyed, never played it again. it's still in my steam library all these years later and ready for redownload even after the actual game disk and the computer i ran it on are LONG gone.
hell no its not worth it because it's the same console.
i'll gladly buy a xbox 720 or whatever the next one will be. but i'm not paying 300$ for the same hardware.
everytime you are playing the game and the frame rate dips and you see the skipping you are pretty much maxing out the hardware.

intel currently holds the fastest chip crown with i7. AMD simply offers a very competitively priced quad core solution that's aimed to compete with what intel offers in the same price range.
