I'd say pre-order from either Walmart or Gamestop as they give you an extra case which could prolong your playtime. I chose the gamestop pre-order mainly because that vice case looked more intriguing than that traffic case walmart had to offer.

As long as more exclusives, info on Agent, Kevin Butler and a PS3 price cut are included in Sony's presentation, I'm that'll be enough to steal the show.
As for Microsoft, focus more on announcing XBOX360 exclusives and try to persuade the crowd that Kinect isn't only for casuals by announcing hardcore games for it.

Based on the stunts they're pulling right now, all I can say is this:

Michael Mann should do an action game for Kinect, considering how good he is on staging shoot-outs. Take Heat and Public Enemies for example.
