I was overhyped for Killzone 2 as well. I didn't really like the online but the single player was fun and worth the purchase.
Maybe they take out the WI-FI? But there is nothing left for them to take out. PS3 is not a PS3 without blu-ray.
PS2 slim came 3 years after launch, PSP slim came 3 years after launch. I wouldn't doubt a PS3 slim to come soon. This November will be year 3

Well depends on where you live. PS2 was released in the US in October 2000. Slim was released in November 2004. So that's 4 years 1 month. I was close. I didn't want to go into too much detail.
Looks like I will get Oblivion, Dead Space, and Prince of Persia. YESSS SIRRR.
It's funny though, Prince of Persia is 19.99 New, 26.99 Used??? Makes no sense there.
I don't know about this game, it reminds me of ICO...... I know most people loved ICO, but I couldn't really get into it. I played it when I was 16 and it seemed boring to me. I liked SOTC, I hope i'm wrong about this though.
I still feel like the PS3's life cycle has just started. Still waiting for their first JRPG.

I wouldn't be surprised if they have a small team working on Socom 4. Specially if it's the animation team. I think they are done on their work with MAG.
I wouldn't go as far as to kill this great franchise. What they need to do is either give it back to Zipper, or find a new developer. They better not let /6 touch this or all hell will break loose with the core fanbase
All I know is that if this is even touched by /6 I will not be buying this game. Neither will thousands of other people who were duped by Confrontation.

We are starting to pick games apart for things that don't matter. there are only a few thing we should care about.
1 - Fun Factor
2 - Gameplay
3 - Story

Just last month I stopped paying for Gold on XBL since the only thing I use it for is to play online. Why whould I pay to play online when I can play online for free on my PS3.
And to those who didn't know. You pay for gold just to play online. silver has the same features as gold, except for the party feature.
