@Knight_Crawler
Correct me if I'm wrong but doesn't Horizon run in 30fps instead of 60?
Oh come on, it's his way of saying things. And I'm fairly sure he's just putting up an act but it's always funny to see how people are taking him way too seriously.
He lightens the mood around the gloomy N4Gers.
I, too, love the heart. I didn't really use it on my first playthrough but now that I'm halfway through my second, I've used it quite a bit and I've become addicted to using it. It give useful insight on people and I even kill or save people according to what the heart says.
Makes it that much more interesting.
Aww still 4 more months:(
Well, I hope the wait'll be worth it!
Better not drag any religions into these conversations. Nothing good ever comes out of it.
On topic, though, good to know that more people can access XBL and its content.
It'll look yummy when the guy becomes old.
I hope we'll get another game from the awesome people at Mistwalker. Lost Odyssey is simply amazing. One of the best RPGs of this gen and severely underrated by critics.
I think it caters for a different audience altogether, so no, I don't think it'll be that much of a threat for either of them.
Agreed. I literally played the MoH beta for 2 minutes. Then I proceeded to uninstall the damn thing from my hard drive.
I mean, it might've been the beta or it may need a texture pack like BF3 does but the graphics were disgusting and unappealing. And it wasn't just the graphics either, the game felt exactly like BF3.
That said, I like BF3 but come on, Danger Close should try to be a tad bit more original.
There are a few Kinect games I'd like to try, namely Child of Eden and Gunslinger but I'm not going to spend over a hundred euros for them.
The inevitable Kinect 2 might have some potential and the wristband thingy looks interesting too.
Can't wait for the gameplay footage! I hope we'll get to see some of it at the E3 2013.
Oh, and this reminds me that I still need to get 1000gs in The Witcher 2. Well, I guess I'll have to start working on it then.
Lol, good one GraveLord.
The only aspect Black Ops 2 will "Cream" Halo 4 will be in sales numbers. Considering this IS an exclusive release whereas BO2 will launch on multiple platforms.
Wasn't New Vegas developed by Obsidian?
@-Mika-
I wouldn't call the combat awful. It's challenging if you alert more than one or two guards at a time. It requires precision to block and counter their attack and using your magic skills to you advantage.Still prefer sneaking and choking the enemy.
As for the art direction, it comes down to one's preference. I liked the art direction as I've always liked steampunk. It's fascinating to me. Also, Corvo's mask is damn badass.
I loved the game thoroughly and playing it stealthily without killing a soul was so satisfying!
My minor gripes with the game were that Corvo shouldn't be a silent protagonist and that it was too short. I finished it in about 10-13 hours. I hope the future DLC will give us more to play.
I'm going for a lethal playthrough now.
I wasn't talking about the user scores, mind you. I'm fairly sure that the critics play the game before submitting their reviews about it.
But I agree with you. I wouldn't trust Metacritic at all if I wanted to decide whether to buy a game or not. I buy games if they look amazing to me. Reviews simply give and idea about what the game is like.
Who said I did? You're putting words into my mouth. I just think it's too bad that its metacritic score isn't that high.
Aww, the game is sitting at 59 at Metacritic :/ That's too bad.
This is the lowest score I've seen so far so I'm not worried at all for this. I love how the game looks and I'm excited for Thursday (getting it a day early).
Sorry Electric, my answer was directed to Grap:)
