I would definetly not call it a clone, but it is obvious it's extremly influensed by CoD. From the XP popping up everytime you kill something to the controls is directly taken from CoD, but the amazing design, visuals and experience makes it so much different from CoD. So no, it's not a CoD-clone, that would be Medal of Honor.

Agreed, it got old real quick. And releasing it the same day as Killzone 3 is just plain stupid.
1.4 players just wasted 15 bucks each. You can actually buy good games with those money, like Metal Gear Solid 4 or Gears of War
