Yep, it happened to me last night, I managed to get into party chat with friends just a little while before it went down. Apparently only friends list and activity feed had the issue everything else was okay.
I haven't checked today if its back up or not.
I am not much of a cloud user but when its available I will of course use it, makes life a lot easier.
I would love to see something with regards to backwards compatibility in the future, there are a lot of titles that I missed because I did not get a 360.

Perhaps you're right that I should do proper research and check Gamespot's scores against 1 or more reviewers as well. This is just an example I am sharing that may or may not be valid.

I check gamespot reviews to read the good the bad parts and see if it makes any sense to me or not.

A more fair competition is between FM5 and PS4's iteration of Gran Tursimo (Presumably GT7), in which both are race sims and not arcade racers such as Forza Horizon 2. Until then will see who comes on top. This is bearing in mind only first party titles. I look forward to see what Project Cars brings to the table.

Last quarter of 2014 is pretty packed. Full of releases from end of september all the way to december. At least I've got 9 games to buy during this time!

MS offered Insomniac a some of money
Insomniac accepted the offer
A contract has been negotiated.

First, Ubisoft had already released the official trailer, at least on their facebook page not too long ago.
Second, 2 AC titles in one year... This is effing bull$hit it cannot get any clearer than this; Cash grab. Bad game, bad quality, repetitive game-play, shallow story.
I am not sure if Ubisoft is becoming worse than EA or Activision now.
Update. Nevermind I missunderstood this piece. I don't care for remastered Uncharted as I have already played them on PS3 but I look forward to see Crash and Jak in the future indeed.
The entire UK should boycott Ubisoft and Uplay products, that is if they haven't already... If they want to jack up prices and strict everyone to buy straight from them then be my guest. You guys just shot yourselves in the foot for customer satisfaction.
