I completely disagree with his opinion on the Pistol. Out if the 6 or so weapons I've unlocked so far, it's still my preferred weapon. Hits pretty hard, and fires as fast as you can pull the trigger. Plus, if you're skilled with the overload feature, it'll reload in a flash and keep you shooting almost constantly.
