Has this site not been renamed PS4G yet? I guess everyone was too busy sharpening their pitchforks and lighting torches.
Apparently all you need is an eighth grade education to figure out what will "boil" on n4g.
1 - PICK ONE:
- Anti-X1 article
- PS4 does "INSERT ANYTHING" better than X1. Seriously, pick anything; grass, 10 lines of pixels, etc.
- SALES REPORTS! (should probably be #1). Careful though, don't ever bring up real business subjects like market capitalization, dividend returns, or investor confidence... you'll get banned for such ...
@Spotie
I see. Wouldn't that warrant a "Trolling" or "Off-topic" bubble down?
Because to me, these disagrees are pretty much the same as denying the existence of volcanoes. They make no sense!
Anyways. Everyone can now get back to their mature discussion on revenues, financial success, and market valuations.

This is not a subjective comment.
This is a fact.
How the hell are so many people disagreeing with fact?
Are these figures not accurate?
Can someone who disagreed with this explain to me what part of it do they actually disagree with?
Lol... Storage device is worthwhile even if you don't need any additional storage?
Next week: Living in the desert? Surrounded with more sand than you know what to do with? Here's why you need to buy my advertisement partner's Giant Bag Of Sand.
Knew the "free upgrade for all" was too good to be true.
I think Microsoft just micro-transacted themselves out of a customer.
This thread... is about to EXPLODE!! Inb4 1000 degrees of PS rage!!!
@Chaos-Dad You know they're doing it right when die hard PS fanboys get all defensive like this.
On another note... do you even know what dynamic lightning is?
Ahh yes, when the biggest/greatest games were 6MB in size and came on cartridges. Fair comparison m8. Thanks for your input.
It's not for nothing Nintendo and Konami have decided to switch their focus from AAA development to the mobile marketplace... Games cost pennies on the dollar to make, and show equal or greater return potential than their insanely expensive console/PC counterparts!
Right, I'd much rather read another shady article on DX12; or better yet, a sales report... /s
Firstly, there's a difference between working in your field of expertise, and doing your dream job. Exactly 0 computer scientists/software engineers dream of getting underpaid/exploited to script someone else's dream.
Secondly, having such a raw deal almost guarantees the contractees to seek employment elsewhere upon the termination/end of their contract, which is really another point against this deal. Job hunting is hard work, and is extremely stressful, and anyone ...
23k for a software engineer required to work ~3000hr years?
They'd make considerably more money working full time @ McDonald's.
In their defense, this question pretty much guarantees them a ton and a half of clicks, and a spot in the day's top articles. Most gamers own a PS4, and most PS4 owners love reading stuff that belittles anything Xbox related. The only thing that beats these articles are the sales reports, those are just in a completely different "click league".
Spoiler alert:
It's one of those s****y "1 entry per page" type articles.
Article on xbox hardware...Good place to share your satisfaction with your playstation and your lack of interest in xbox exclusives. Thank you for sharing, really constructive stuff.
Although I can say without hesitation that Witcher 3 was/is the best damn RPG (by far) I've ever had the joy of playing, I doubt it has a large enough fan base to win such a title. Bethesda and the Fallout franchise have been around for too long, and have far too many die-hard fans to not get the most votes, regardless of how empirically good (or bad) Fallout 4 turns out to be.
Well, they're halfway there... Content wise they might not be quite as extensive, but at least they cost as much as the original game!
More like the ultimate pay to win scam. Every little thing in this game seems to cost money, from ships, to weapons; even decorations cost something.
I remember browsing their site a few months ago, and seeing packs costing upwards of TEN THOUSAND USD!
Guess it was only a matter time before the mobile "in-app purchase" formula arrived to the AAA PC/console gaming scene.
Of course, you all realize Microsoft just DESTROYED their earnings right? Expected earnings per share: 1.25, actual: 1.38!!! That's a 10% beat! Their share price is up 4% pre-market! Microsoft makes more REVENUE in one fiscal year, than Nintendo's MARKET CAP! Why the f does this thread even exist? Like a bunch of blind people talking about colors!
