i traveled 140 miles to try them out, with my wife and daughter. we spent fathers day out of town, stayed at a nice hotel, ate dinner in a new place... so to me it wasn't stupid.

So you thought 3D land was boss. And this game even has 4 player co op. and the developers themselves said they took everything they have learned from making 3d Mario titles and applied it to this game. And we have seen like maybe 5 stages out of the entire game

the controls are tight closer to Mk ds and 7 not unlike mkwii.
the characters feel "solid" like they have weight to them. The anti gravity is cool when you are riding on walls. The camera doesn't move, you actually have to drive sideways
