Even if this ludicrous slander was true, Id rather have nostalgia then bandwagon jumping. Skyrim is far from the perfect game. Everything seems better when it just comes out (seriously, this is a glorified "oooh, shiny". Here here for some actual objective opinion.

Who would have thought it. Apparently attracting new players (and therefore boosting sales figures) is worthwhile! It is even possible that, for a company in a lot of trouble financially, this is a priority. Gasp.

This fact might even force ignorant people to leave sarcasm to those who dont look only at their own lives and experience. One can only hope.

It was once noted that the fall of any great civilisation has its roots in stagnation. It is a stifling of ideas, of creativity, that leads to little innovation, boredom, apathy and eventual decline. Greatest example is the Roman and British civilisations.

So all of those who agree that the simple 'flood' of shooting games and the expectation to create without diversification is holding back creativity, then, well, your noticing the first signs of decline.

Thanks for that. Was waiting for an objective response, rather then the typical kneejerk stuff.
