ITs a Freaking SHOOTER. The story is just as good as any other shooter. 7/10 is complete horseshat and EDGE you have lost many readers because of it. Obviously you were looking at the game to be critical and it shows. But i've played the demon and i can tell you just by 10mins of play, its a 9/10. A standard High Profile great game.

"LAG" or monitor 'response time' is a real thing with computer monitors and TV's. This "lag" refers to ANY input not just movement. If this happens to you then you need a better TV and to check the "response time" of your monitor/tv. People using a mouse notice this often beacuse a mouse is very accurate, hence, you will feel the latency. iPS monitors are known to have just about zero latency.

Unless you Play a game on the Hardest setting you cannot judge A.I. rightfully. That goes for ANY GAME! Your looking to see how "Humanly" Smart the A.I. is. Remeber (Humanly) not Computer Perfect shot 100% smart.
If you play on normal (which most do), the A.I. is going to give you freebies because your a noob. Plain and simple.

I changed to psuedo COD style, but with cover, no secondary fire and the realistic speed of the game there is no point. The Standard controls are by far far farrrrr superior. Guarnteed.
Play it on standard a few times in the demo and you'll realize your fingers are more free to move and the control flow is much smoother.
Try it. Play it 2x's (demo) I guarentee you wont change it.

IT was the first (at that time) next-gen looking game. It was ALSO the first to incorporated "HAVOK PHYSICS". Now I enjoyed HL2, it was a great game, however, besides the Gravity Gun (Tech demo of HAVOK) the game was basic and straight forward.

If sony was smart, they would keep the price and push the game through well placed advertisements. Sony needs to become profitable, you cannot just keep dropping the price and losing millions upon millions of dollars.
I believe Sony will do a 50$ no frills price drop before christmas with some 2 game bundles stuff like that. Maybe they will do the 100$ drop, but i think they would be better off doing it this time next year. Before FFXIII.

Not having a Pack-In mic with the PS3 is really a gift. You are forced to go and buy one if you really want to communicate. Not every single person needs a mic.
Add that Plus the Price point of the ps3 and you have a more Luxurious Item, Hence, the cheap nooblets kiddies don't have it. Its more of an adult-only machine.
