That's a game coming out this year for Genesis, they aren't actually recreating the console. Its a difference between if you haven't noticed.

You have a really good point. Unless Sony shows off good exclusives (wich they have in 08) and by dropping the prices to the level of 360 I don't think it has a chance to come close to xbox this year.
And no I am not a xbox fanboy, in fact I own a Ps3 and I would never dream of buying a xbox since its just a crappy piece of machine.
Dude, no one really cares about the extra content. First of all, its going to be a couple of more missions...the map wont be bigger or anything. Second, Rockstar have stated that the extra content will be available first AFTER 2009.

Mate try to get MGS1 and 2 if you wanna stay updated in the MGS world. Otherwise it could be rather confusing playing MGS4. MGS3 isnt that important but it has one incredible story and really nice gameplay.

God Im so happy. I played this game shiloads on my NES when I was a kid (next after Super Mario 1&3, Metriod and Kid Icarus) so this is more then welcome for me.

Well I know 6 of my friends will buy this despite never have played any other MGS game. 6 isnt much, but its something ;).
First of all there are going to be close to 11-12 million Ps3's when this game is out. Second, Sony will most likely throw in a MGS4 bundle to boost sales. Third, this game is having a world wide launch...it WILL sell 1 million + the first day.
Is this for Sega CD or? Couse I don't have that addon.
Remember PS1 sold even worse then PS3 did its first year. And now PS1 is the second most sold video game console of all time. Im just saying that Sony will win this and they know wtf they are doing.

Never played Bioshit and I wouldn't be dreaming of buying a breakbox just for this game, however, from what I've seen it looks really good and I hope I'tll come to Ps3. If not I will be getting a new computer next month so I guess I can play it on the PC then.
